INSURANCE - CDW (collision damage waiver): Insurance deductible without CDW is $1,500.  Deductible with CDW is $250. Optional CDW is $15 per day.

WINDSHIELD PROTECTION: Optional windshield damage coverage is available for purchase at $10 per day of rental.  This coverage will protect customers for charges pertaining to and requiring windshield damage repair or replacement not associated with a collision, rollover, and acts of negligence or reckless driving.

HOUSE KEEPING PACKAGE (highly recommended to purchase): $35 per person, per rental and includes bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets, pillows) towels, eating and cooking utensils, and storage ware.

TAXES: included in daily rental rates. Not included on mileage or one way rental fees. Tax on mileage and/or one way rental fees can be up to 11%.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS:  Motorhome drivers must be a minimum of 25 years of age and be in possession of valid drivers license that does not expire during the the motorhome rental period. Drivers are required to complete and sign a Rental Agreement.

RESIDENTS OF CANADA: Residents of Canada may not enter Canada in a motorhome rented in the U.S. due to Canadian customs and immigration laws.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD:  The standard minimum rental period is four rental days (4 nights).  Rentals of less than 7 days within the month of July are very limited. It is recommended that requests for rentals less than 7 days during this period be made after May 1, 2007

TRANSFERS:  Transfers shall be provided free of charge on days of rental pick up and drop off only between the rental depot and either Anchorage International Airport, Fairbanks International Airport, Skagway Airport, Anchorage, Fairbanks or Skagway area hotels.  Transfers will also be provided free of charge on days of pick up and drop off only between the Seattle rental depot and Seattle-Tacoma International Airport.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF LOCATIONS:  Anchorage, Fairbanks, and Skagway, Alaska and Seattle, Washington. Motorhomes will be available for pick up between 2:00p.m. and 5:00p.m. on the day the RV rental starts.  Vehicles must be dropped off between 7:00a.m. and 9:00a.m.

ONE-WAY RENTALS:  A limited number of vehicles are available for rental one-way between the following cities. One-way drop-off charges range as follows:

$695 - $895 between Skagway and Anchorage

$495 - $595 between Anchorage and Fairbanks

$895 - $1095 between Seattle and Anchorage

$995 - $1195 between Fairbanks and Seattle

$595 - $795 between Fairbanks and Skagway

Any applicable taxes are not included and are in addition.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT:  The following optional equipment is available for rental at the applicable rates listed below: Clients need to request these at time of booking, but have to pay the rental fees directly to the pick up location.
