IMPORTANT NOTES
- Passport numbers are required at time of booking! Due
to new restrictions, we are can only reserve Holland America cruises (or
cruise/land packages) for US residents traveling with a US passport. For
citizens of other countries, please contact an agent in your home
country
- Departure Date: Please note that there are NO daily
cruise departures from Seward. The sputhbound cruises Seward to Vancouver
depart on Sundays only! Therefore the departure days for this program
is Fridays ONLY!
- Rate changes: Above mentioned prices are based on a flexible daily
cruise rate. The rates are therefore subject to change at any time until your
deposit is received.
- Single/triple/quad/children: Rates for single travelers
or more than 2 people/children are on request.
- Passport / Visa Requirements: Passports are required for
all passengers! This tour includes travel to both Canada and the United
States. You will need to have a passport and any required visas for entry into
both countries.
- Other cruise cabins: This tour includes a MM category
inside cabin on the cruise. Outside cabins (with a window) may be available.
Please inquire about availability and additional surcharge.
- Independent land tour: The land tour is independent,
meaning it is not hosted by a tour guide. You will receive vouchers for the
transportation, tours, and hotels, which you will use to check in. Your daily
itinerary will give specific information about where and when to check in, as
well as helpful city information and restaurant recommendations.
PAYMENT AND REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY
Finaly Payment: For this program the final payment is
due 90 days prior to departure!
Cancellation Policy:
Any time after
confirmation: minimum $350 per person
45-60 days prior to arrival: 30% of
invoice total
31-44 days prior to arrival: 60% of invoice total
30 days
or less prior to arrival: 100% of invoice total (no refund)
