Enjoy a hike amongst beautiful scenery, blue icebergs and onto a majestic
glacier. Arrive at Spencer Glacier Whistle Stop aboard the Alaska Railroad.
After a short van ride, hike about 2 miles of flat forest service trail to the
edge of Spencer Glacier. Get outfitted with helmets and crampons. After a brief
safety lesson and practice getting comfortable with the crampons, the group will
venture out onto the glacier itself. About two hours will be spent exploring the
glaciers features, including crevasses, ice caves, moulins, and more.
Experienced glacier guides provide information on local wildlife, history and

Witness this amazing annual migration of California Gray Whales, traveling
over 5,000 miles from Baja California, to the nutrient rich waters of Alaska's

Anchorage early in the morning aboard a wheeled plane flight to King Salmon or

representative will transfer you directly to a seaplane for a 20 minute flight
to Brooks Camp. After a short safety briefing about bears by a park ranger, you
are free to explore the nature preserve and enjoy unguided bear viewing for

lake or stream for some of the world's best fishing. After the short 35 minute
flight you will land at a remote fishing lodge where you will meet your guide
and be outfitted with all necessary gear. Your experienced guide will provide
any instruction on the fly-fishing techniques and equipment. Enjoy a hearty
lunch at the lodge and before joining your guide for a day of fishing. Return to
Anchorage by float plane in the evening. Whether you are a novice or experienced
angler, you are bound to enjoy the peaceful solitude of fishing in remote
Alaska! Tour includes: guide services, gear, lunch, roundtrip flights and
