| In the morning travel by water taxi across Kachemak Bay to Glacier Spit in
Kachemak Bay State Park. Join your guide for a hike to Grewingk Glacier Lake.
Your guide will identify and allow you to taste edible vegetation along the way,
point out the stages of reforestation along the glacial moraine and provide you
with a wealth of information you would not obtain walking this trail on your
own. The trail crosses flat terrain, through stands of cottonwoods and spruce
and across the dry outwash plain of the Grewingk Glacier. It ends at the broad,
open beaches of Grewingk Glacier Lake. This trail offers superb views of the
glacier and its surrounding peaks. Icebergs floating in the lake present
opportunities for great photos. Tour includes: Round trip water taxi, guide
and state park fee. Not included: meals and transfers to and from your
hotel. NOTE: A 2-person minimum is required for the tour to operate. Children have
to be at least 6 years old in order to participate in the this tour.

| Enjoy fishing in the Halibut Capital of the world on this half day charter.
This trip is recommended for families or those who only have a short time to try
their hand at halibut fishing. If you are a serious fisherman we recommend a
full day trip. Due to time constraints you will not travel to where the larger
fish are typically located however the captain will know the best locations to
catch fish. During the trip, you will be given instruction on the proper halibut
fishing technique, your hook will be baited, and the halibut will be handled for
you. Fishing limit is 2 halibut per person. Tour includes: All fishing

| Enjoy a scenic 1 to 1 ¾ hours flight over active volcanoes and glaciers to
the east coast of Katmai National Park (this tour does NOT go to Brooks Falls).
This 5 hour trip begins with a morning departure (exact time dependant on tides
and weather) from Homer by small plane. After landing on the beach, you and your
guide will spend approximately 3 hours walking along the beaches and meadows to
view brown bears in their natural habitat. From a safe distance, you may observe
the bears fishing, digging for clams, grubbing for roots and grasses,
socializing and raising their young. It is also possible to see foxes, bald
eagles, and various sea life. Bears typically are seen on this tour!
