This classic Alaskan wildlife safari focuses on nature and wildlife viewing. Experience Admiralty Island and Pack Creek by floatplane and kayak. Tour begins with a 25 minute scenic flight in a floatplane to Windfall Island. Then sea kayak about a mile to the edge of the Pack Creek Brown Bear Sanctuary on Admiralty Island, home to the highest concentration of brown bears in the world. A short walk along the beach brings you to the mouth of the creek where bears are known to feed. You may also walk a mile through old growth forest to the upper creek observation tower. Then return to Juneau by kayak and floatplane. Trip includes transfers to and from Juneau, roundtrip floatplane flight, kayaks and paddling gear, a snack and bottled water.

Bear viewing at Pack Creek is quite dependant on the annual salmon runs, with the most reliable viewing typically during July and August. However, bears are in the area throughout the summer months.
