Scenic Float from Cooper Landing
Depart from Cooper Landing on a gentle rafting trip down the Kenai River. Kenai Canyon from Cooper Landing
Depart from Cooper Landing on a rafting trip down the Kenai River that includes calm sections and whitewater, as well as a trip across the stunningly blue Skilak Lake. Search for moose and bald eagles, learn about the life cycle of salmon, ride the class II+ spirited rapids through the Kenai River Canyon. Enjoy a gourmet shore-side picnic lunch with smoked salmon and reindeer sausage, explore the wild shores of a glacier-carved lake, and photograph stunning mountain and river scenery. Half Day Kenai or Kasilof River Fishing Tour from Sterling
Meet in the town of Sterling for a freshwater fishing charter on the Kenai or Kasilof River. Depending on the season, you will fish for trout and/or various species of salmon (species vary by season). Guide service and all fishing gear are included. Fishing license (approx. $20.00 per person), King Salmon stamp (approx. $10 per person), lunch, and gratuity are NOT included.

NOTE: This tour departs from Sterling. Sterling is located approx. 22 miles east of Kenai (city), 11 miles east of Soldotna, 82 miles north of Seward and 136 miles south of Anchorage. Children have to be at least 12 years old in order to participate in the this tour.

Full Day Kenai River Fishing Tour - upper river - from Cooper Landing
Depart very early this morning from Cooper Landing for a freshwater fishing charter. Fish the Upper Kenai River for Sockeye (red) Salmon, Dolly Varden or Rainbow Trout, depending on the season. Revel in the ideal fishing platform provided on custom 4-passenger drift boats.  Tour includes: Picnic style lunch and all gear.  Not included: fishing license (approx. $20.00 per person) transfers and gratuity. (Tour departs from Cooper Landing).

Good to know: fly-fish both from the shores and from a drift boat. Current catch limit per day is 3 per day for sockeye salmon. Trout and dolly fishing is catch & release only. Typically there are two sockeye salmon runs per summer: mid through end of June and mid July through about mid August. Trout fishing continues to get better in the fall through September 20 (approx.).

Full Day Kenai River Fishing Tour - lower river - from Cooper Landing

Depart very early this morning from Cooper Landing for a freshwater fishing charter. Fish the Lower Kenai River for giant king salmon from early June through July, or for silver salmon in August and September. Revel in the ideal fishing platform provided on custom 4-passenger power boats. Tour includes: Picnic style lunch and all gear.  Not included: Fishing license (approx. $20.00 per person), King Salmon stamp (approx. $10 pp), transfers and gratuity. (Tour departs from Cooper Landing). 

Good to know: Fishing is from a powerboat, using spin gear. Please keep in mind that especially King Salmon is a highly regulated fishery. Current catch limit is 1 per day; 2 per season! King Salmon fishing starts around June 8 and ends July 31. King Salmon fishing is not possible daily as due to fishing regulations, the river/king salmon fishing will be closed from time to time. Silver Salmon fishing typically takes place from mid August to early September. Current catch limit is 2 per day. Depending on fishing regulations, King Salmon and Silver Salmon fishing may also take place in Resurrection Bay in Seward.

Bear Viewing at Lake Clark National Park - Full Day Tour - from Soldotna
Experience a great bear viewing opportunity from Soldotna. Alaska Homestead Lodge is located at the foot of Mount Iliamna in Lake Clark National Park and offers the experience of a lifetime. Guests experience bear viewing opportunities and get a small insight of homesteading and living in this remote area, without road access. In the morning depart Soldotna to Alaska Homestead Lodge in a bush plane. After an approx. 30 minute flight, the plane lands on a remote beach at a rustic lodge overlooking Cook Inlet. After landing transfer to the lodge by 4-wheeler or walk. After you receive an introduction, spend time at the homestead with guided bear viewing by 4-wheeler or walking. Lunch is included. In the afternoon/early evening return flight to Soldotna.

Good to know: The most reliable times for bear viewing are from mid-June through end of July; however, bears roam the green meadows all summer feeding on sage grass. Sightings are not guaranteed!  Please note that a 2-passenger minimum is required to operate this tour.
