Depart from Soldotna on a 45 minute scenic flight across Cook Inlet to
Alaska Homestead Lodge, located in the foothills of the Aleutian Range in Lake
Clark National Park. After landing on a remote beach in front of Alaska
Homestead Lodge, you will have 6 to 7 hours of guided brown bear viewing. Your
experienced guide will drive you in a wagon pulled by an ATV to the best viewing
spots. You will be able to get out of the wagon to photograph the bears by foot
from safe areas. Lunch and roundtrip flights from Soldotna are included on this
tour. The most reliable times for bear viewing are July through mid-August.
Please note that a 2-passenger minimum is required to operate this tour.
Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the date of
arrival will result in forfeiture of the full payment. All cancellations,
including weather cancellations, are subject to a 10% administrative
fee.
