Kenai Fjords National Park Cruise - 8:00am departure from Seward

Take an unforgettable glacier and wildlife cruise into Kenai Fjords National Park! The park boasts abundant wildlife, alpine and tidewater glaciers, and breathtaking scenery. As you cruise through Resurrection Bay, keep watch for Stellar Sea Lions, harbor seals, puffins, eagles, and whales. Cruise past the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge, home to a large variety of birds, on your way to either the Holgate or Aialik Glacier to see icebergs and watch for glacier ice to fall into the ocean. A deli-style lunch is served onboard. Tour includes: Shuttle from the train station at scheduled arrival/departure times.  Not included: Transfers to and from hotels.

Northwestern Fjords Cruise from Seward

Travel deep into the heart of Kenai Fjords National Park to the magnificent Northwestern Fjord on this full-day cruise. Keep watch for wildlife as you cruise through Resurrection Bay and past the Alaska Maritime National Wildlife Refuge. You'll experience this glacially-carved region known for its three tidewater glaciers, steep cliffs, and rich waters abundant with wildlife. A stop will be made at a glacier to watch for glacier calving. Tour includes: A continental breakfast and deli-style lunch served on board and shuttle from the train station at scheduled arrival/departure times.

Whale Watching Cruise Excursion from Juneau

Your whale watching adventure begins with a narrated transfer from the Juneau cruise ship pier (downtown Juneau) to Auke Bay. Here you will board the state of the art jet boat which is custom designed for Juneau whale watching and features large windows as well as an outside viewing deck. Watch for humpback whales that return to the nutrient-rich waters around Juneau each year. You might also see other wildlife such as bald eagles and a variety of seabirds. An onboard naturalist will provide more information. After the cruise you will be transferred back to the Juneau cruise ship pier.

Directly after the tour transfer to Gold Creek Salmon Bake. The salmon bake has a beautiful setting in lush rain forest alongside a creek. Savor the aroma of wild salmon, grilling slowly over fires of fragrant alder wood.
