4 days/ 3 nights

 

Day 1: Fairbanks arrival

Arrive into Fairbanks on your own. Transfer to the hotel via hotel courtesy shuttle or on own. Depending on your arrival time, you may have a chance for an optional tour, such as dog sledding or a city tour (not included). Overnight Fairbanks.

 

Day 2: Fairbanks to Chena Hot Springs Resort

At approx. 12 noon, you will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Chena Hot Springs Resort, approximately 90 minutes north of Fairbanks. This comfortable resort offers large, well appointed rooms with private bath. In the mineral spring area, hot tubs and a warm indoor swimming pool provide a relaxing environment. Combined with numerous outdoor activities, Chena Hot Springs offers a first rate Alaskan winter experience. This evening, enjoy a 4 hour Chena Snow-coach tour, which will take you up to the top of the hill to see the Northern Lights** (see important notes). Overnight Chena Hot Springs Resort.

 

Day 3: Chena Hot Springs Resort

The day is at your leisure to enjoy all the resort has to offer. Optional activities include dog sled rides, snow coach tours, cross country skiing, ice museum tours and massage (not included). Winter gear can be rented at the resort for a fee.

 

Day 4: Chena Hot Springs Resort to Fairbanks

This morning, you will be transferred to Fairbanks (drop off available at Fairbanks hotel or airport). Tour concludes.

3 nights accommodations, including 1 night in moderate class hotel in Fairbanks and 2 nights at Chena Hot Springs Resort in the Moose Lodge building. Round trip transfers from Fairbanks. 2 days pool passes for Chena Hot Springs and 4 hour Aurora Snow-coach tour**. All taxes.

**For tours starting before November 16th, the Snow-coach Aurora viewing tour is not included. If snow conditions do not allow for the Snow-coach Aurora tour to operate after November 16th, you will be refunded for this portion of your tour.
